How to take

Excessive alcohol and caffeine intake can interfere with the absorption and effectiveness of B vitamins. When taking capsules, use a cold beverage to avoid them getting stuck in the esophagus while using warm fluids.

Niacin (Vitamin B2) can cause a harmless but uncomfortable "flushing" reaction involving redness, warmth, and itching of the skin. This is not an allergy but a common side effect at high doses. It isn’t likely to happen with this formula becaue it's amound is moderate.

B-complex vitamins are generally well-tolerated, and allergies to them are rare. Some individuals may have hypersensitivity to specific B vitamins, such as thiamine (B1), that may cause skin rashes, itching, or more severe reactions like anaphylaxis. Allergic reactions are more commonly reported with injectable forms of B vitamins than with oral supplements.
